Desview R7 7" 4K Touch Monitor - 1000nit, Waveform for Filmmaking

The screen isn't functioning, straight out of the box. The screen is all lines and static. It works for a few minutes but then it starts breaking up. Once it starts distorting it's over as far as using the monitor. So disappointed. I doubt that I can return it as it came from China. Took it forever to get here. I didn't realize that it was shipped from another country when I ordered it. If the seller sees this, I hope you respond in the name of customer service and I hope you will fix this problem. I can send you video to show you what is going on. I didn't get to use it a single time. Money wasted.
