The watch is great but after a couple months it stopped taking a charge from its charger I went to the website and I didn't even mention the issue and they offered to send a free charger so I'm assuming there might have been an issue with the previous Chargers otherwise it's a great watch for kidsSimple and easy to use not sure the accuracy and sometimes the app says messages in another language despite changing the default to English.These products have always been extremely accurate and reliable so I bought it for my daughterWe got this for my sons 7ths birthday. He has been wearing it for 13 days and is obsessed with it. My only complaint is that the screen is totally scratched up already.A little difficult to set up and learn to use, but once it's set up it is intuitive and easy to use. I don't have it connected to a phone so the notification asking for permission every time I open the app is annoying. Excellent for the price.Really nice fitness tracker for kidsIf this device would stay paired with my phone I would give it 5 stars. My son loves that the characters are like Minecraft characters, but it will never stay paired with my phone for that long, and then the pairing takes a long time to get done. I am also not a fan that I can not figure out how to change the bedtime. It is set for 11pm. My child goes to bed between 8 and 9:30.The wristband is a good size for kids. It seems to function well for steps and heart rate when you read that info right on the watch. However, it keeps un-pairing from the phone app. I've paired it twice and it's disconnected twice. This is only in the first hour of setting it up. I had to re-enter all the basic user info (age, weight, etc). And now it's un-paired again and it just keeps spinning when I try to pair it. I think I have to restart the watch again and then pair it again. Essentially, it won't stay connected. You can theoretically change the picture on the watch face from within the app (lots of cute ones to choose from), but when I select one, nothing happens. It's too bad. If it stayed connected to the phone app, it would be pretty good.
